Our service and parts departments have changed their processes to take the necessary precautions against the spread of Covid-19. We ask that if you have been exposed to anyone suspected of having Covid-19 or are experiencing symptoms such as coughing or sneezing repeatedly please call our appointment specialists to make alternative arrangements. Please note it is best to pre book your appointment but not necessary.
*Facial coverings are required at the dealership.
*Hand sanitization stations are in place for customers.
*Multiple sinks and hand soap are accessible to customers for hand washing.
*Vehicles are sanitized before and after service is completed.
*Seating area is marked and sanitized between each customer.
*Plexi-Glass shields have been put in place between staff and customers.
*All staff is required to wear facial coverings while assisting customers.
Please Note: The drop box is NOT for use of any persons who have been out of the country in the past 2 weeks or those who are experiencing Covid-19 symptoms. Customers that need emergency service (i.e. vehicle will not start or safety recall) but also are experiencing symptoms or recently travelled in the past 14 days can contact our service department to arrange for more comprehensive measures at 905-388-0610.
